W.A.V.E. - Watershed Action for
Virginia's Environment
The fourth module module in CBF's Chesapeake Choices and Challenges program, WAVE is integrated middle school curriculum that engages students through progressive educational activities specific to Virginia's Bay watershed.

Urban Curriculum
CBF's newest Chesapeake Choices and Challenges curriculum unit, Rooftops to Rivers, will be available to Baltimore City Public School teachers for fall 2001. Rooftops to Rivers is a hands-on community investigation in which students explore various aspects of the local urban environment and its relationship to water quality. Activity topics include: stormdrains, urban forests, energy, subwatershed, and transportation. For more information about Rooftops to Rivers, or to sponsor a two-day Rooftops to Rivers workshop at your school, contact CBF at 410-268-8816.
