White Flint Metro Station Area
 The
White Flint Metro station area, in joint development between
WMATA and LCOR, will gain a 32-acre mixed-use development
including 1,400 apartment units (170 designated affordable),
retail and office space, and the potential for a below-grade
movie theatre. The project aims to develop an urban town center
with offices, shops, and apartments while preserving an area
including 50 mature trees - all in an urbanized part of Rockville,
Maryland.
