Potomac Yard 
Potomac Yard, located in Alexandria and Arlington, is a mixed-use
project filling in an underutilized "brownfield"
(former railroad yards) of roughly 300 acres within minutes
of downtown D.C. and Old Town, Alexandria. The project, designed
with extensive community input by Cunningham & Quill Architects,
and now in early development by Crescent Resources, will provide
two 625-room hotels, and over 2,500 residential units, 225,000
square feet of neighborhood retail, and 4.5 million square
feet of office space.
